To help you choose the right sized mask for you, we advise you use follow the instructions below.
You will need a soft tape measure, or a piece of string and a ruler/tape measure.
Place one end just in front of your ear, take the measure under your nose and to the same place in front of your other ear.
Up to 23cm: Age 3-6
23-27cm: Age 6-12/Adult Small (these are the same)
Above 27cm: Adult Regular
