Refund policy

Returns
You may return unwanted items in a new and unused condition. Please notify us within 7 days that the goods are unsuitable and then return them within 30 days from the date of dispatch . We will issue a refund (excluding postage) on receipt of the goods. When returning goods, we ask that you, where possible, use the original packaging and suggest you send these by guaranteed delivery as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

Exchanges
Please let us know if you need to change the colour of your Bobbl or Hat. We can then put the relevant replacement on one side to await your returned item. Once we receive the original item, we will then send the replacement out with free delivery. The same conditions apply as to the returns and the goods should be in a new and unused state.

Faulty goods
We stress that each of the Bobbls are hand made and each have their own individual characteristics. There will never be two exactly the same. Inevitably, there will be some that do not meet our quality control and we hope to weed these out before dispatch. If, however, you are unhappy with your product, please could you contact us on info@bobbl.co.uk so we can decide on the best course of action. We advise you to look on our Care page to avoid any unnecessary problems.
